They said that’s ongoing too. I was able to connect last week on Monday, haven’t been able to get through since then.

call them again, I bet the agent only gave you generic response.I am AOR 7 August and eligibility passed

Could be your VO, some are slower than others. Never a good idea to compare against other's timelines too. I do the same, but shouldn't. If they need anything from you they will contact you.

Thanks! Another thing I noticed that was my VO was Montreal, and everyone else’s VO seems to be either Sydney or Ottawa. I checked on immitracker, and only CEC applications are processed by Montreal. Is there anyone else with their VOs as Montreal?

I am also PNP-O.
I haven’t gotten any updates after BIL update on November 15. My eligibility and security are both ongoing. I am not sure what is wrong, my AOR is 21 July and the eligibility has still not passed.

What time did you try? It will take 8-10 times, and if you are lucky enough you will get through

Guys when you are trying to call through an app. Does it say you call cannot be connected. Please check number? I mean what does it say when you try and fail. ?
