I had submitted ITA at 19th July 11:25Pm and 11:30 to 5:30 AM was maintaince as well and morning I got AOR

Hey, ITA is the date that you received the invitation to apply I assume. I think in your case 19th july was the date of submission of your PR application So your ITA must have been earlier. Understandable
Or maybe you received it and were fully prepared man either way all the best

Is this the fastest ITA to AOR timing ever? I am assuming you had all documents prepared beforehand.

For most Applicants, it happens immediately. However, in rare cases, it takes from a week to 10 or 15 days
