I am jelous and happy for you. I applied Janairy 2021 with OWP and I did not receive permanent AOR #. I have to apply visitor record again next month. I honestly lose hope. I am feeling depressed about this whole time of waiting and no opportunity to work while waiting the PR approval.

If you have OWP you can work. If you do not have, you can try online freelancing platform like Upwork. Clients are from all over the world.

You can only submit OWP online if you have received approval in principle (AIP) for the PR. If one has not sent the OWP together with the PR application and they have not received AIP then they can send it to CPC Edmonton but it has to be paper as well
