hey guys i haven't checked this thread since my status changed to in process.
yet i never got any paper mail or email of AOR from them. do i need to worry at all

Someone posted that called them couple weeks ago and they admitted that they have delays with sending those AORs.

So dont worry you'll get it soon. You have already in process status so thats what matter the most.

Application received: Jan 8 (this is on Ecas, no AOR yet, and I’m not sure the exact date it changed to “received”, I logged in on Jan 8 and saw it).
In process: Jan 26.

Adding your AOR date will cause the tracker to have a negative value for AOR-->IP.

Can you confirm the date on the AOR? It should be before Jan. 14.

Yes, the date on the top of the AOR is Feb 4.

And the below is what I see online.

Citizenship

Two questions:

1. 'In progress' means what exactly? I read somewhere that it is not likely at this stage to be sent back, is that true.
2. On average how long after 'in progress' do you get your test invite?
3. How are you all studying for the test? Books, internet... any suggestions.

It means that your police checks and security background checks have started at Sydney office and once these are done then your file will be transferred to your local IRCC office.
Just got off call with an agent and he looked into my file and confirmed the same to me.

Thanks for sharing the info. Did the agent indicate that for an average routine application how long these checks take before the file is transferred to local office?
