I am unable to login since morning. Is anyone experiencing same issue?
just try 5-6 times or incognito mode in browser/ You`ll be ok. It happens few times a month.

I tried again. it took exact 7 times to press "sign in" button to get to your profile instead of blank page
 
Called again today. Turned out the last GU was adding spouse's new passport, then nothing's really changed. Spouse was outland but inland since October, so double checked with the agent to make sure the Canadian address was up-to-date for the 100th time. still pending for final decision and Gods' know why.
 
Just to post a reminder here, that today june 16 2021 they started to process august 2020 applications =))) all July 2020 applicants are officially complex to process

I wonder how many July 2020 application are pending. Mine is pending for security.
