I called in December and they said eligibility not started. Then when I called in January lady said recommended pass. I think on the 1st call, the lady just read what was on my cic account. 2nd lady was more helpful and took the time to actually check. Try calling again.

I called them 4 times last month and 1 time in feb and I got same answer even in webform response. Eligibility not started.

Ok. That's unusual. I hope things start moving on your application.

Very unusual, even some applicants with October AOR's eligibility has been completed by the Case Analyst.

What's the glitch?

It's when you enter your profile and it says application/updated but you cannot open the application page and get "Error 502 Gateway". The error persist for 30 minutes to one hour and then everything returns back to normal

Got a ghost update this morning and was able to open the application page. So not sure it is a real one.

One quick question... has anyone from July has got biometric refund. Trying to relate if CopR is issued only post Biometric Refund. I havent received ghost update since October 16th 2020.. So trying to understand if there is any sequence.

I revived my biometrics refund on November 17th 2020 and recived the request letter to pay RPRF on November 20th 2020,
No updates since then

Last i received a ghost update on 29th of jan nothing after that. i did not have any issues connecting IRCC. I always calling them at 7:55AM toronto time.
