My status is still hanging at "Decision Made" since 12 March, no update if the certificate was mailed. Does anyone have a similar case? Thanks!

Update, today it's completed! We sent your citizenship certificate on March 12, 2020 to: XXX. If your certificate was sent to a Canadian embassy, high commission or consulate, you will be contacted when it arrives. Mailing times will vary by region and could take up to four months. If we have sent your certificate to the wrong address, please contact us.

Did the online status reflect this update on the 12th or 14th (the date your posted this)? Just want to check if there could be any delay in the online status and the actual event. Thank you.

My Status changed to Decision Made on March 5, 2020. It changed to Complete on March 19th and indicated that the Certificate was mailed on March 19, 2020. I have not received the Certificate as of today.
