You are requested to take the original versions of all the documents you submitted in your original application. All passports, PR cards, proof of landing, dentity documents such as driving license and health card, proof of language ability.

They may not look at much of it but they can ask to see any or all of it at the Interview. For us they only looked at passports and basic ID.

Immigration canada has refunded me with CAD 150. Has this happened to anyone else. I received this in last week of January. And received my test dates in February. So hope there is no connection with my application.

Here are the details:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on July 29, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on October 12, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on November 13, 2019.
4. We sent you a notice on December 23, 2019 to appear and write the citizenship test on February 21, 2020 at 9:15 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
