I called IRCC through a friend in Canada to enquire about my application. They did not put the call through to an agent but gave me the status of my file through the answering machine itself. And after that i got an ghost update on my profile. Does that mean anything or it happens whenever you call IRCC for status update on your application?

Hi, once the medicals expire in how much time does one get a request for remeds?
Depends on when your application is finalised. They send remed request just before PPR when application is approved

I have booked my medicals for tomorrow and I went a nose surgery 2 years back, do I need to disclose that surgery to the physician since the same is cured now and the same problem cannot arise in the future.

What do you guys suggest?
Yes always disclose - you don't want them to find it out some other way. It won't affect your application.

This forum has been so helpful throughout the process and I'm sharing my timeline below -
AOR - July 25th
Medical passed - Aug 20th
Background check - Oct 24th
PPR & Eligibility - Nov 18th
COPR - Dec 16th

I recommend being patient, it's a slow process.

Hello, Friends, Please Advise
My AOR is July 25, 2019
Medical, criminality passed
Today called IRCC, Guy said Eligibility Review Required
I applied under CEC.
My friend and I are working on the same designation in the same company.
We applied together and Our work experience and Education are the same as well.
His AOR was July 16, 2019, and he got his PPR this Monday.

I asked the IRCC guy about the reason of RR but he said he does not have access to Officer notes
@legalfalcon
REVIEW REQUIRED Cleared on Nov 18, 2019 (In 18 days)
PPR: Nov 18,2019
Reason: Unable to Open the Employer's website. (Source: GCMS Notes)

So is it stuck at eligibility? or the application got rejected?
any updates?
On Oct 29, I called them for file status, they said eligibility not started. Again called them on Nov 01, they said eligibility review required. On Nov 18, I got PPR in MyCIC account as a message titled Information Letter.
