I think you should get something regarding your transfer this week. NDVO I can't say, but if it ends up in Mississauga, I think she should type her resignation letter. For us, ppr came 17 days after file was transferred to Miss. Our background check started the day before ppr. Good luck. Hope it's Mississauga.

It's abdenour from Algeria ,I'm in process for outland spousal sponsorship (algerien canadian) the file was submitted on the 31 st of January 2018 now I'm just waiting for the convocation for the interview though !
I have a difficult file because I've been married already once in canada and did a refugee claim witch was denied
So i want to know please what questions I'll be asked by the agent considering my case ?

So question for people who have done their medicals and passed it. After you went and took the medical did your GCKey change from medical request to medical received or did you just get updated that you passed?

Called this morning and spoke to a representative and he said for outland applications they are currently processing application received up to July 24, 2018 and verifying that the sponsor is eligible. The representative stated that we should hopefully receive notice in the next 2 weeks....here is hoping for all of still waiting.

My GCKey changed to "you passed the medical exam" after 2 days, it was never "received". Then it says that they started my bgc, but no email about the transfer so far.

Does it mean our case is too complicated? We were never married nor had kids. I make 6-figure per year.

The only things i could think of is my wife had her visitor visa rejected. Also we only know each other for a year, online, long distance, before marriage. Not sure if those are the root cause for this frustrating delay...?

Also am I supposed to get an AOR at least before they start looking into our case?

I'm not sure what exactly the reason is, but a lot of applications received on the 9th of July are having delayed AORs. Some are getting AORs now though, so you should hear something soon as well. To get an AOR, they would have just reviewed your package for completion, and is about to or is starting to process the sponsor side.

July 11 application submitted. Since no update. It is really frustrating.

Submitted my app June 29 they received it July 3rd and just October 12 it says in process. Just try to be more patient.
