31 2018 july file submitted
29 2018 nov sponsorship approved
09 2018 dec bio metric done
13 2018 dec medical request
17 2019 jan file transfer to lvo london
31 2019 july addiction documents request
29 2019 oct pre arrival service email
I have already linked my account in gckey
It show they are reviewing eligibility and background check from april 2019
Nothing change on mu ecas from july when they asked for additional documents
Its been 16 months n i m still waiting for passport request
I sent enquiries
Went to mp everything bt it is wht it is ..
if someone has any idea after pre arrival how long will it take to get ppr

Because you received pre-arrival services that means your eligibility is now passed. So you are 1 step closer to PPR.
PPR could come in the following days, weeks, or months.

As u said i have passed my eligibility but in my gckey account still showing they are reviewing my eligibility

Dont mind what GCKEY says. In our case even when we had DM in ecas nothing reflected in GCKEY. Only AFTER the Visa was put in the passport did GCKEY updat to reflect that eligibility and background checks were completed and that the application was approved for PR. Good luck !!

The comment above this I gave my timeline. I was waiting almost 2 month after ore arrival notices for PPR.

July 8th 2019 Aplication received
November 17th Sponsorship approved
February 8th Medical Request
February 14th medical pass
May 20th request for the payment and Aplication for Authorization to return to Canada.
May 28th Authorization to return paid .
August 28th Pre Arrival later .
Last update was October from the visa office , they told our MP that the Aplication is with officer for the decision on authorization to return to Canada since then everything is quiet, 17th month now .
