Hello!

On the day I received my SA email, I experienced this as well. When I checked my ECAS in the morning it said Sponsor Application "In Process" and then it also had changed the Permanent Resident Application to "In Process" as well and had updated that his medical results had been received. A couple hours later I got SA!

So I believe you should be getting your SA as well soon.

After that ECAS access is gone, no? I can't access it any more, only MyCIC.

I am still able to access ECAS... I haven't been able to link my application to MyCIC though, so I am not sure, maybe once you link it to MyCIC, you can't access ECAS anymore?

My husbands Permanent Resident Application has started being processed as of August 23.

I'm having a lot of trouble linking the application to MyCIC. I do the Application # and UCI #, then I enter my husbands information into the "Applicants personal info", so his city of birth and then his passport information. Then I fill in where he intends to live, married and I've been putting 1 as the total persons...

Should I be putting 2?

Don't put in all of the information...do one or the other regarding city of birth OR passport info.

I sent in the application for my husband July 13th and they received it July 14th. They started processing on August 3rd and sent AOR on August 4th.

The wait feels so long...

Trinicameron we are on the exact same dates for file submissions and Aor. And same visa office so I'm praying for both us....

My husband's status changed to review in progress.. Does that mean we should expect aor2 soon ?

I am not too sure.. I am hoping to get my file transferred to Ottawa instead of London office... Can anyone tell me where to check which visa office gets my file

We should have gotten our AOR1 (Acknowledgement of Receipt)by now... But we haven't

Everyone's getting theirs.. And not update at all..
All I'm seeing is that it is "Application Received" in the status.

and also we are only seeing this:

Permanent Residence

1) We received your application for permanent residence on July 19, 2016.
2) Medical results have been received.


Please help...
