Just received my SA today!!! :) :) :)

How do I add my info to the spreadsheet??

Also, please does anyone know how can I mail documents to Amman visa office?? I need to mail the police certificate and photos (they were missing from the application), and they have to be original docs so I can't just scan them, please help ???

I don't know. I just checked the Amman contact page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/amman.asp and there is no address. You could send a case specific enquiry using this link https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=amman&_ga=1.149885631.847638761.1442562217 with a scan of your documents telling them you want to mail them and are requesting a mailing / courier address?

It is possible that you could submit them through the VAC but the website is clear that they only provide TRV and PR Travel Document services. Amman may end up telling you to submit anyways...as long as you have the UCI numbers and File numbers on everything, that should help.

Hopefully someone who has the actual mailing address posts here as well.

Take care,

C.

So I remember mentioning earlier that I received my SA on Sept 14, but didn't receive email or letter confirmation. Now I finally received it, since I pestered CIC everyday on the phone to send me an email. If anyone else is in the same situation as I am, please keep calling CIC.

Received AOR2 as well....but eCAS still shows "In Process" for both and no more notes.

I am not worried anymore. Just need to wait it out I guess. Hopefully by next spring, my wife can be here with me.

PR application in ECAS says "In Process" already but no AOR2 yet. When did you receive your AOR2? Which email did you receive it.. sponsor or sponsored person's email?

Hello everyone, My application was received July 22nd, so when I call the call centre they won't look into my file any further. However, I am well over the 56 days that's mentioned on the website (63) and the girl on the phone told me it could take another two weeks, which would put me at almost 80 days!! :O

Anyone received their SA in the past week? I'm wondering why mine is taking longer than it should...

The most recent SAs reported on the spreadsheet (September 15) had waits of 62 and 63.

Mine too! I can't wait to hear something :) they received yours one day later than mine! If they change the website and I still haven't heard anything I will be calling the call centre until I get an answer :)

Hi!

Didn't know this thread was a thing. Our application was received on July 24, we received sponsor approval on the 18th of September, though I didn't find out about it until I called on the 21st at which point they emailed me the approval verbiage. As of this morning the Permanent Resident Application Status has changed to In Process but my partner hasn't received any e-mails regarding it yet. This is the most nerve wrecking thing I think I've ever done...

Congratulations! Hopefully we'll hear something soon :o

I agree about it being nerve-wracking! I feel sick waiting to hear off CIC. I might ask my hubby to ring the call centre if we haven't heard by Monday.

Unfortunately some people never receive a letter/email regarding the decision that was made and actually have to call the call centre (1-888-242-2100) to figure oh if the sponsor has been approved.

A good indication for most people is the receipt of their 2nd AOR from the processing centre in another country.

Hope that helps!

question.. if we used an immigration agent for the application and all the sponsor related notices were sent to agent's email
are we expecting the AOR2 email to send to our agent's or to the applicant's?

Immigration agent!

So roughly how many days are people seeing go by between ecas changing permanent resident status to IP and the receipt of the AOR2? Also, has anyone seen the sponsor status in ecas change to approved?
