hey, what did you submit after doing upfront meds ? what other info did u provide in the email, if you sent one ?

did u get an rprf request, or did you pay it upfront ?

I got the MR email, then I paid RPRF ( upfront), and send both medical and RPRF receipts to CIC, also received acknowledgement from them same day.
Next evening I received Ready for Visa email asking for passports.

hi i have a question.

for the landing visa how long does your passport need to be valid for? and how long do they issue the visa for.

according to my calculations by the time they ask for my passport itll just be balid for another 5-6 months. is that ok?

i believe it should be valid for at least 6 months. I would double check if I were you just to avoid any kind of delays with cic.... maybe give them a call and ask

They sent Aor on September
They ask me my t4 in 2014 on March 18
I submied and until now,I didn't get anything yet even medical request
I am so worry guys.stressfyl
I called cic and they said 13 months of process is avarage and my application is on going right now.they are doing my background and secruity check

Since then no reply, so I have applied for GCMC, in the GCMC I noted Due date as 30th Oct 2015... What does this date means... will they complete this process by 30th Oct or they will start looking at the file after 30th Oct..

Your file must be under second review. if they asked for t4 , this means they may have concern about your income. Order GCMS notes and wait few more days.

Hello everyone - third line added.... does this mean by others' experiences that I can expect PPR soon?

I applied for GCMS for the first time on 31-Jul-15, not sure if this has initiated CIC to look at my file....?

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 14, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on September 13, 2014. (added 7-Aug-15)
3. Medical results have been received. (added 31-Mar-15)

no.. i got a request in mar'2015 for me and family... see my timeline on left. i did rprf upfront though......

not sure what is holding up on ppr..... hoping i get it soon.

Hello all,

My application was received by cic on July 28 2014, and I received my application number on October 8, 2014. CIC again asked for my PCC, background declaration form and my wife's PCC on April 10, 2015, which they received on May 12 2015. Since then I have not heard anything, I haven't got MR request either. Second line update was done couple of weeks ago, can anyone suggest why is it taking so long or is this the normal timeline. Also I would like to join the whats app group for the discussion, if there is any.
Please advise me, as I am very concerned regarding my file.

This is so frustrating to see that one my colleague applied in CEC Express Entry 7 month after my application and he got passport request and I'm still waiting for medical request! :'(

I am so worry right now.I think I should apply gcms notes.
The place where I work has sponsored me for 2 years from 2013 to 2015.so my working permit is under the work place's name.I sent my application on july 2014 so I did work more than 1 year.do u think they ask my t4 in 2014 ca use they want to see I am working as on the contra or not?thank you for your advices
