I did my medical on Friday, 04/24 - please update spreadsheet.
Also, please suggest if upfront RPRF payment is a good idea at this point OR should I just wait for their email notification for RPRF?

On CIC's website, it shows for Express Entry (doesn't say CEC) that:
" b) The Right of Permanent Residence fee

The right of permanent residence fee is $490.00 per person. There is no fee for dependent children.

You will need to pay this fee if we approve your application.

Note: paying this fee early can help speed up the processing of your application, so it’ s a good idea to submit it when you apply.

If you don’t pay it when you submit your application , you must pay this fee before we issue any permanent resident documents to you.

We will refund this fee if you withdraw your application or if you do not use your visa."

I can see a 3rd time updated on ECAS.

1.We received your application for permanent residence on July 9, 2014.

2.We started processing your application on April 22, 2015. (This is new line)

3.Medical results have been received.

Did anyone have the same experience. I just got my RPRF request today.

Medicals done on March 21st and doctor uploaded the reports on 26th, still ECAS status is "Inprocess". I gave a call to customer care, he said they have already received my medicals and PCC from India but will take time to update the status.
I dont know why they are not updating my status .

I paid upfront RPRF today and my Lawyer emailed the receipt to CIC. Please update

You should be received your PPR soon. Check May thread for timeline between the third line and PPR.
I made RRPF upfront on April 2 but have not seen the 3rd line on ECAS yet.

Sorry this might be a lame question but for CEC Applicants, will the third line always show up upon receiving RPRF request?

i completed my medicals on April 9 and i got confirmation from my Doctor after a week (16th) that it was uploaded.
i didn't keep track so i didn't know what it was received by CIC... but now i have three lines:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 17, 2014.

2. We started processing your application on April 23, 2015. <--- new; this line didn't exist yesterday (27) before i paid for RPRF; so i think it was added as a result of RPRF payment?

3. Medical results have been received.
