I have already enquired at clinic, they confirmed it was emedical and sent to CIC on 30th March.

In fact a friend of mine also did the medicals from same clinic on same day (21st March) . It seems status is updated for him on 1st April.
The only difference between mine and his applications is PCC request. I have got it on 18th march and he doesn't.(he has sent it with application in July)

Compare IME numbers on medcial forms issued by CIC with IME numbers on medical receipts issued by the clinic. Are they same or different?

Nope. These medicals were for my PNP application last year and they were not upfront.

Yes but Recently CIC asked you medical with new IME numbers so they must be different from previous.

I asked this because some times Medical clinic cant access IME numbers in there system so they issued UMI or UFM numbers instead and clinic is also supposed to inform about this to CIC. If applicant has UMI numbers then ecas will update very late may be before the decision of application.

I am not sure if this cause a delay or not. Hopefully not.

That's exactly what happened to me. I got UMI number instead of IME because the clinic said the IME linked to my file can not be found.

Do I need to RPRF upfront or shall we wait for Email from CIC to make RPRF Payment
does paying RPRF , saves any processing time considerably or not much ?

Same here applied on july 09 file received july 10 AOR sep 03 still no MR.

All the documents sent as per their requirements.Me and my spouse both are working paying taxes from the last 2 years...

Its really frustrating.
