Hello shuggzz,

There is a thread which you will find useful as there have been applicants who have successfully applied BOWP while waiting for their AOR.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/tips-for-a-successful-bowp-application-t147650.0.html

It is quite possible that you may get your AOR around August 20th.

Best of luck and I am sure everything will work out just fine for you.

That sure is Sean :D (LOL, remove your name if you are finicky about privacy. :P

Congratulations! If you are wondering they charged you the entire $1600 because you asked them to charge that in the fee payment form. Now follow up with them to get your refund.

Nagpuri,

just go to lawyer and notarized affidavit. My friend did and it costed 30 bucks and got it within one hours. Just take it , attach to same application and send it back.

Good luck.

Hi,

My application was returned to me with the reason that birth certificate proof of my spouse (I provided her matriculation certificate with her name and her date of birth on it) should contain 1) Applicant's Name 2) Date Of Birth 3) Applicant's Father/Mother/Both Name

They want all 3 on the matriculation certificate and she had only her name and DOB.

I am planning to get her birth certificate from Municipal office in English with all 3 details mentioned in it. The question I have is, once I get the certificate, do I send the same package with the birth certificate? Or I need to print all documents again?

I see that CPC has stamped certain documents and have marked with pencil while validating some of the forms. Should I re-print all forms or used the once which they already verified.

You actually can send the same application back with affidavit, that will save some time of the officer reviewing it.

Wow!!..
Congratulations CEC_pr_hopeful.
We see that a lot of applicants in the June thread are still waiting. The odd ways of CIC as usual..

Let's hope that we will start hearing more AOR news on this thread.

While time to AOR was in the 20s from Feb to April it has increased steadily to over 40+ days. Let us hope it is on the downward trend again.

Thank you for your congratulations guys but its CEC_pr_hopeful who has received the AOR and not me..... ;D ;D ;D

Just for a information.. Will CIC will send any login credential(For tracking the application) with AOR mail.. Or they will send before AOR?
