Yes, but CIC I think consider the date when application was received.

I can't open the july spreadsheet :

I think everybody should be given access to update the spreadsheet as we are expecting medical soon so that we have better picture...

No, lets not do that. The June sheet had some virus issues as many people had access. Maybe 3-4 people can share control of the sheet.

Let have a few ppl have the control over the spreadsheet.
I just jumped in June spreadsheet. Most the data was disappeared!
