Then don't worry dude.. if your CEC application status shows "in progress". I am 100% sure you will get your BOWP. But, Dont forget to give me treat.

Can some one help me...
I haven't included PCC with my application since it was not ready at that time.
But now I have my PCC with me and already received my AOR.
In the AOR email, it says "Please do not forward additional documents unless requested.
If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents."

So, does it mean I have to wait until they request? My concern is if I wait for their request by that time my PCC will be more than 3 months older and another thing is I dont have any idea where my application will be processed and where to send my PCC.
Can some one suggest me.

Yes Crish K,Your BOWP is definitly going to be approved..You can separately followup with CEC for AOR.

I can see that some applicants have filed application for a PR visa but have a job offer in hand already. Can you please tell me how does this work ? I mean I know if you file an application with a job offer in hand, the process is faster but with regards to the job offer :

1. Did you get a Job offer from your current employer in your home country ?
2. Did you search for a job in Canada through various means and applied for a PR then?
3. Or are you on a work permit in Canada and now applying for a PR visa.
4. Is there a way to search job before filing the PR and file PR with a job offer in hand ? I mean do the Canadian employers give a job offer to a person who is neither a Canadian citizen nor a PR in Canada. ?

Please help.

In my case,
I am working with WP and get a job offer from another company, but they couldn't get LMO so I applied for PR to get BOWP.

I'm in the same situation. I had to get a PCC from Korea while my partner was there. In 3 months it will expire and if they don't ask for it before then I will never be able to get a new one because neither of us have plans to go back to Korea and you cannot get a PCC from abroad. Could someone please advise as to whether it is ok to just send the PCC once we receive AOR, regardless of whether they ask for it or not.

hrdp, are you checking your status every day? Also are you checking with file number or UCI? If with UCI, do you include the dash "-" in the search?
