My second line was updated on 22nd Jan stating that they have started processing my file on 19th Jan, 2015.

You can either raise CSE or via e-mail.

If you have received any email from NDVO then it should be from Delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca if not received any email you can raise CSE.

Hi..we have sent a mail regd our case to delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca and they have replied.

Our query was to know if they have received our additional docs. They said, they have received and it is in the Queue for the VO to review.

You can send a mail to the above ID, but they may take their own time to respond. We got reply in 23 days.

Felling very hopeless as waiting for long since the AOR received

NOC: 4011
Visa Office: Singapore
App Received : 25/07/2015
PER Date: 19/11/2014
AOR : 31/12/2014
After that no update on cEAS and also didn't get any mail...
It has been 120 days passed after my AOR...therefore i am in tensed...what going on with my file. Is there any hope?Huh? please
give your suggestion...

Thanks for reply.. 23 days to get reply ? seriously long tym... In 23 days the status may be changed and the very purpose of inquiry is defeated.. Any faster mode of getting update..?

You should contact your visa office OR order GCMS note...
