Hi Guyz,

Is there any hope for July 25th Application, My NOC is not a Hot one, but my CC is not yet charged and no communication from CIC, I emailed them last week but still no response. Do you think I am still in the race or I should stop hoping for it.

I suggest, never loose hope. Surely, you will be in race.

From past 10-12 days, the CIC has changed the procedure by completing the hot NOCs first. That is done.

Now, surely they will go with other NOCs.

And regarding the email, CIC will take 30-40 days to reply to any email. So do not loose hope.

Just be confident.

It generally takes 48 days from PER to Start Processing and 56 days from PER to Medical for London VO ... but it can always fluctuate and just be patient and think Positive in meantime

I am 31st July applicant, NOC0911 paid via money order.
As of yesterday, according to ScotiaBank, this MO was not cashed yet.

Applications close to mine are receiving PER, I have not even got cashed. Should I be worried about?

By the way, i paid by cheque, i checked with my bank, they said they cannot know if the money is cashed or not since its already transferd to the bank in canada and they dont have access to the information their...

How you guys know that the money is cashed by CIC? if you paid by cheque ofcourse!

You can try to check with your bank, the details of the receiver bank, then you can get in touch to them via e-mail or phone and provide the details related to your MO and see if they have your check cleared already.

But keep in mind that some users got their PER even when the Bank says that DD is still outstanding. So, sometime you'll be suffering for something inaccurate.... Just my two cents...

few days back my credit card was charged. But I am still waiting for the application
number from the CIC.
