Make a note of the reference # which you get after making a credit card payment. call the bank on Monday and provide the reference # they will be able to release the block. Also check if some one tried to make a transaction on your card from the time it was blocked. If you from India and if you are holding a bank a/c of xyz bank and credit card of xyz bank which is blocked you can make payment thru ur bank a/c and the block will be released within 24hrs some times it happens automatically.

I am 2nd July applicant ,no news yet and I am almost sure that my application would not meet selection criteria on the ground of point allocation under experience factor. So,I am mentally prepared to accept rejection without further stress. I pray to god to get my package without much delay so that I can file it again within the deadline.

My query is which address they use to send back my file ? is it mailing address that I have mentioned in generic application form question number one(current mailing address) under contact information details or my residential address referring to question number two(Not same as mailing address) under contact information detail? To be exact,I have mentioned my official address under Q no-1 and my residential address under Q no-2.

Alternatively, if my DD is debited already and failed during the time of evaluation of positive determination,what will happen? As I know,they are not going to refund me even I would be unable to get my package(stress again for loosing CAD 1250) .Is my assumption correct here?

In my case ,I am sure that I have filled everything as per CIC's requirement but I would be unable to get claimed points under experience factor..However, my documentation for initial checking should be fine since I have one year of continuous full time experience in the last ten yrs as per primary occupation.Similarly,have submitted original IELTS,ECA report along with certified academic transcript .

Could someone clarify me on this?

Don't panic friend I had seen dd encased n not heard anything from cic whose file was received on June 25th but later he got a mail on 29 th October ... Keep faith ... U r our hero member...don't loose hope

I APPLIED IN THE 2ND OR 3RD WEEK OF JULY AND STILL RECEIVED NOTHING NOR WAS MY CC CHARGED.

AND A QUESTION, THIS WEEK MY CREDIT CARD WAS BLOCKED DUE TO OVER USAGE, AND THE BANK IS CLOSED NOW BECAUSE OF WEEKEND, SO IF M CC WAS TO BE CHARGED NOW AND COULDN'T BE BECAUSE OF MY CC BEING BLOCKED, WHAT SHOULD I DO TO BE NOTIFIED OR PROCEED?

8 th July here n nothing heard from cic... Don't panic u ve time to rectify ur cc from the bank... N they ll try to encase from cc 3 times n if they ll b unable to withdraw the money then only they ll return the file... Good luck !

Man I know that. Lol. I mean by the time a local VO starts processing my application, I will have had more than 4 years (more than 3 years and 12 months) of work experience. My question is would they count my work experience at that future date or they only count my work experice up to my application submission date?

Hi guys. July 14th applicant here. I called hsbc today to check any cio transactions but the agent told me there is none including declined transactions. I'm getting worried now, current cc charging is july 16. Is their a time that cio makes a late charge? I'm still hoping that i will make it.

Thanks for your words. I don't know whether my DD is en cashed already. I have a big doubt on my one of the experience letter which has no information of job descriptions though I have appointment letters with information of working hours,salary and designation mentioned on it.
I will not be able to make 67 points if they do not consider it for points.

What I assume is my reference letter includes the details that I am nurse in emergency department and has exposure in treatment and management all varieties of emergency cases from the nursing perspectives.I don't know how CIC handles on this. Though ,I have mentioned my job descriptions in the separate sheet in support of the 'Economic Form'.

Chances is very less. Anyways,wish you good luck for your application.

If the answer to above is YES,give them the instruction to allow the charging goes through.
Option 2:Query-Send a mail to CIC on FSW application queries.Reply from CIC takes approximately
30 days or more now.

Email sent a week before and awaiting response.

Called call centre of CIC, they said they can't find the name in their DB. She said may your APP is no opened. My NOC is 3111. Opening APP is by date or NOC.

Also I have issue of name. Since I don't have surname and lastname, I have put my first name in the surname since it was mandatory field.

I don't know what happened to my APP.
