Finally, my partner has received his COPR! All we have to do is go down to Pittsburgh to pick up his personal effects.

We received an email this afternoon from CPP-O. The applicant's visa for PR is ready for issuance pending the reception of the passport.

hi july applicants..i got some good news that my wife got her visa last april 18 2013 and she needs to land by may 8 2013..shock but happy..3 weeks of preparation for me...wish me luck ..for info i submit my papers july 31 2012..october got my sponsorship approval..good luck to all..

Do you have any details on PPR, in-process or decision made dates? Or was it a case of them calling for a flight booking to issue a visa?

Hi Mrs. B, everybody I have an appointment with a Immigration & Refugee lawyer May 14th to discuss the appeal process etc.I have not received a letter yet from the Immigration Appeal Division(IAD) for a hearing date of either an Alternative Resolution Despute(ADR) or a full hearing.I did however receive an acknowledgement letter from IAD saying that they have recieved my notice to appeal on March 05th dated Feb 28th.Sent notice to appeal February 04th by fax and also via express post which they received Feb 05th.
