Hi Everyone - we received COPR today and are very excited! My girlfriend should be landing late March/early April. I'm so relieved as definitely the last few months have been the hardest!

This forum has been a great resource for me over the past few months. Congratulations to all who have received news so far and I'm sure those who are waiting will hear soon!

Thanks for doing such a great job on the spreadsheet Bagel! :D

Congratulations captaincanada! No worries about updating the ss. Do you remember what date you received your PPR?

All the best for your girlfriend's landing experience!

Thanks Bagel! London doesn't tend to request passports for UK nationals as they're visa exempt to enter Canada anyways. It was a step that was apparently removed a few years ago - according to the London VO thread.

So no PPR but ECAS updated to decision made last Monday and COPR was received in the mail on Saturday. ;D

Hi everyone. Congratuations to everyone receiving their continued successful progress. I have sent appeal notice to IAD and just have to wait now to hear from them if we will be granted an ADR. I/we hope and pray we will instead of a full hearing. Valentine's Day sucked as hubby was supposed to be here now :'( I received 2 texts and an email for Valentine's Day.I called hubby as well. We are so heartbroken that we can't be together as husband and wife here in Canada like every other couple. :'( This truly sux big time :'( >:(

That really does suck :( I hope your appeal goes well and gets resolved fast

Cool- They should do that in Australia too (being a VISA exempt country) Congrats again!

Congrats to everyone receiving good news. We are still waiting. I'm beginning to worry... hopefully there is nothing wrong with our application..... are there any other julyers still waiting??? tks.

Hello, there are still applicants in july who are still hoping to recv good news soon. The countries who are not visa excempt take a longer time to process our application.

I guess I'm just worrying for nothing...... My common-law-husband is from the US so I thought it would be faster... obviously, i was wrong....

There are around three or four people from July going through Ottawa who are still waiting. Having said that, there are about five or six who have received passport requests - some around the same time you applied- so you may hear something very soon! Take a look at the July spreadsheet in my signature- it will make you feel better about it all! 8)

Have you sent in your passport yet, if you've gotten your PPR already then I think you just got very good news :)

Yes i emailed my passport already last Jan. 31, 2013 when I received PPR from OTTAWA. I am really hoping that I will receive my COPR very soon.

My partner received his PPR from Ottawa as well, even though they told us the application would processed in Los Angeles (a mystery, since he lives in Pittsburgh!). I'm also puzzled as to the purpose of asking for an image of the passport, since they already have one! Oh well.

wow 9 months Sidney Australia :o :o :o :o wish i was from there right now, not much people apply for spousal from australia do they?

I am waiting for Rome but my partner is Albanian born but Italian PR. perhaps , this explains the longer processing times. Albania is not visa exempt. Thanks so much everyone and best to those still waiting like me... tick tock.. This has been the biggest test of love !!

Hi guys. We got PPR today. :D I am so happyyyyyy. I hope the same happens for everybody else very soon.
