Joint utility problem with Rogers.

Hi all you applying for spousal sponsorship.my Rogers bill is in my name and I need to add my husband on it as cic requires proof of joint utility.
HOWEVER,ROGERS SAYS THEY CAN ONLY HAVE ONE NAME ON A BILL.WHAT R U ALL DOING ABOUT THIS JOINY UTILITY ISSUE!

I had them put his name for his cell and it was fine

We have tv,cable and home phone.the bill is under my name.please explain how u got them to because I have spoken to two customer reps and they'd all saying we can't have two names on a bill.do I need to walk in to a Rogers store instead??

you at least could add his name in the mailing address shown in the bill as well
