Sorry if this is in the wrong section. I have enough points based on the self employment guide to make an application for myself, my wife and 2 youngest children. My eldest daughter is 25 however and I think I'm correct in saying she would have to make her own application. By my reckoning she just falls short of the 67 points in the skilled worker category. Therefore my question is, would any consideration be given to her that the rest of her family were submitting an application at the same time?

No - there won't be any consideration given to her application.

She can only get points for family once you are permanent residents of Canada. So if she waited several years for your application to be approved and for you to become PRs, she could then claim points in her own application for having close family living in Canada as PRs or citizens. .

But right now she's out of luck.

Would the fact that she previously attended high school in Canada gather her any additional points?
