If you can get a visitor visa to Canada then yes, you can marry your fiancée there. Doing so will gain you no additional migrant rights.

As a Temporary Resident, she cannot sponsor you for either Permanent Residency, or a work permit.

Just to correct a technicality...

Once they are married, he will qualify to apply for a SOWP (spousal open work permit) provided his wife has a full time job that is NOC A, B or 0 skill level.

Recommend the OP post any further questions to the Foreign Worker section of the forum.

This is true.

By 'migrant rights' I meant long-term right to stay, move to Canada, etc.

Thank you so much guys for your answers I really appreciate it
On the other hand I'm looking for employer who can sponsor me and provide Lmia in edmonton as I mention before that I have experience in hospitality such as food and beverage supervisor and senior front desk agent.

Looking for your help as I really need to join my fiance.

Thanks
Regards,

Not to discourage you, but be prepared to have some difficulty finding an employer in those fields in Edmonton willing to provide you with an LMIA. Alberta is experiencing an economic downturn right now, and many small businesses are struggling with the new carbon tax and increase in corporate taxes. It's not impossible, but expect many turndowns before you find something.

Good luck!!

No LMIA is required. Once OP is married, he will qualify for an open work permit (spousal open work permit - SOWP) based on his wife's existing work permit.
