Joining high school when 19 ?

Hi,
I am a PR, and my parents decided that if I did my grade 11 and 12 from India It'd be beneficial for me.
Here I am doing grade 12 CBSE with Maths, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English and Art. Final exams are on the 9th of March, and I think there are 50% chances that I'll fail....

If I do fail, can I do grade 12 from any Ontario high school ? Or will I have to pay for my education as I'm no longer 18('98 born) ?
Please if someone could guide me through this I'd be really great full.

You can try - but there's a higher chance of refusal since it's more difficult to prove strong ties to your home country. Better to apply for the study permit from outside of Canada.
