Mine was paper application applied in May got medical but its over a month but there s no news from embassy God knows wat they are they doing wat category they are processing

My lawyer too mailed NDVO for update on my status in Sept., but we too didn't get any reply.

As per my lawyer, since we didn't get any reply, my application may not be processed in NDVO as they may not have it. As per lawyer, online application can get processed anywhere or at a centralized location.

Its a black box...... So wait and watch..... Be patient.

The reply of cic NDVO which I have posted earlier; my representative got the same reply when he inquired about the applications made by him.

They are very clever they replied to u becoz u havent crossed avg processing time so they just forwarded general mail and they haven't replied to my case specific query its going to be a month now its so frustrating.....

First they went to strike and now i think they are busy in enjoying with their increased wages. Don't know what is going on? I'm really frustrated.

This shows they r processing FSW apps. But this wont be of any help to us. Seems they havent started work permits yet.

There is always a chance after Medicals as most of your credentials would have been verified. So just wait for a positive news.

Hello Everyone!
I applied for my open Canadian Work Permit on 05th July 2013. I had been rejected visitor visa twice before, once in 2010 and once in 2011. The purpose was to visit my wife who is working there in Canada. On 4th Sep I got a letter asking for additional documents (my old passport) and my medicals. I had already carried out my medicals and they sent the report directly to the embassy. It has been over 3 months now, we have received no further information and our hopes are waning and worries mounting. Any suggestions???!
