If it is too late and you cannot join your classes anymore, you can apply for deferral.
If your classes starts but you can still start your classes then I believe you should go

What do u mean by full fee? Did u pay for only 1st semester or both the semesters? I have applied to mohawk for social service worker program.applied on 26 nov under spp but still no response from cic delhi.

there is no such rule that u pay full fees than u have extension . i paid only 1sems and my classes start on 6th jan .. but i m allowed to join max till 12th jan
