By the grace of Almighty Allah, I received an email from the Visa officer stating that my file has been re-opened and i will be advised of next processing steps within the coming 03 weeks......

My case was refused back in May due to JDs mismatch issue, i sent a reconsideration request in early June which was not accepted then i hire famous Canadian lawyer (Mr. Tim Leahly) who sent another reconsideration letter directly to the chief FSW unit CHC London in July and yesterday i received an email from them.....

I am very happy and would advice other such applicants not to lose hope and fight till the time you reach your destination......

CAD 750 in two stages..... CAD 1500 in total.... Charges will be more if a court case is to be filed....

Can anyone guide, how do I apply for Caips from Pakistan. I have seen that they require to pay through PayPal and the PayPal service is not available in Pakistan.
Can any body guide me how can I apply and which service I can use from Pakistan.

Hi kashif, I too am a 9212 applicant. Your CAIPS seems to be fine but this one line "Require FRC in view of Industry" is new for me. I think its some kind of survey that Immgration authorities use to share with Industry in view of Manpower/ Occupations demand. Just a guess, lets c what seniors comment.

Dear members .......want to share n require ur comments on my CAIPS please. Time line is Applied October-2009, full docs to CHC-london May-2010, 2AOR 11-08-2010, Processing started 06-03-2012.

1- IMM 1017s requested on 11-08-2010 .........but i didnt recieve anything
2- PSDEC is 1 on 06-03-2012
3- Seldec is 4 (20-03-2012)
4- status = SEC CRIM 1 ......................what does this mean?
paper file sent to file Bf'd to: ISD on 01-10-2012 microlocator
documents required RPRF on 03-07-2012.......but i didnt recieve yet
5- Require FRC in view of industry........what is FRC ? i m working in industry

My NOC 9212, Visa office LONDON, if IMM1017S is requested on 11-08-2010 and RPRF on 03-07-2012 and BFD is 1-10-2012....

THEN WHEN WILL I RECIEVE RPRF + MED request? After 01-10-2012 or before 01-10-2012?

this FRC was requested on 20-march-12, and rprf request in caips is written 03-07-2012, so i think i m clear from that FRC
May be its for consultation or for Industry people for review and comments as VO are usually expert in IT,Financial or management or lecturers Job descriptions.
now desperately waiting for MR+RPRF

How much more i have to wait?? its almost 80 days now since we send the PPs to CHC London...My spouse sur name is changed in the PP ( which we did inform to them before) but the Visa issuance department has hold the visas and they are carrying Background check...now my question is
1. What will be checked in Bground check? she has visited UK, Germany, NZ ( Lived only in U.AE & pakistan for more than 6 months)
2. How much time it will take? medicals will expire in Nov?
3. Should we request cic for a timeline through email?

Kindly advise.
