no reply from LVO, but i have received MR with update docs on April 7th, 2012.

means letter was issued on same day as your Processing date showing in ecase......i.e. 28th Feb processing date

Normally the date mention on MR/Update Docs is 1-2 weeks after the processing date. My E-CAS has processing date of 15-2-12 and in reply of my inquiry on 12-3-2012 they told me that my case is in process or waiting to be reviewed.

It seems they are doing verification of your job or documents, and waiting for the result of that. For others I think they have relied on the documents only. May be it is a must for them to do verifications of some % of applicants.
This is just a guess
