Today i got medicals and additional documents request from CHC LONDON , now my question are.

1. My wife is in london on student visa and i am in pakistan now it is possible that i done my medicals in pakistan and my wife done medicals in uk.

2. kindly give me the link for this. new forms IMM0008, NEW BACKGROUND DECLARATION FORMS.NEW FORMS IMM5406. can we fill these forms by hand OR by typing in computer.

3.My wife is in london for last 3 months uk police certificate is neccessary for her or not?.

They requested us for Pakistan, UK Police certificate.

I am waiting for your reply.

Dear Forum members,

i observed that CHC is working on two different projects

1. Applications submitted to CHC Islamabad in 2009

2. Applications submitted to CHC London in 2010


in list created by StarAlihaider only 9 applicants of year 2009 with NOC 0111 & 1111 are left for medical requests.


No any single applicant from 2010 applicants with NOC 0111 & 1111 received Medical Request


according to my analysis sequence of Medical requests for these applicants will be as under

3 Mian Kamal
5 cheeta37
8 Umair
7 Imhussain
6 Mian Jamal

now lets see how accurate is this analysis

Yes Ali your wife medical can be done in London. I think she did not need police certificate, less than 6 months doesn't need this but you ask this from your consultant also.
