file on review, whenever your Ecas status change with IP with date line, thats mean discussion has made, Whether MR, Additional documents request or Reject (inshallah will not for you)

For those who got updated documents request should only submit documents requested and others should wait for any update request if they ask and for new applicants:

adoptability factor involves 2 sub factors

1: Proof that your relative is permanent resident/citizen in canada and for this purpose his/her citizenship card copy, passport copy and income tax returnes copy are enough.

2: proof of relationship with mentioned canadian citizen and it required Birth certificate of sister or brother living in canada and your birth certificate stating same names of mother and father with same CNIC numbers , Family certificate if availabal. But i personally observe that they have less confidence on family tree certificate and accept birth certificates confidently.

PR copy of sister or her passport copy doesn't prove that she is your sister. To prove blood relation you need to provide her birth certificate, marriage certificate, Id card, etc

You will also need to prove that she is currently living in Canada and for that you need to provide her bank statement, credit card statement, utility bill, Tax assessment, etc

Thanks

Yes birth certificate is most important. if you have sister OR brother in canada.

If you have uncle, aunt, etc then you have required FRC(family tree) and birth certificate both.

I know all the requirments for proof of relation from 1 year, but at the time when i submitted full documents i did not know these requirments.

it varies from case to case and 27 months is the maximum time not minimum...
