Discussion: 6 to 12 Months hold letter

Hi All,
Those who have received the 6/12 months wait letter, their cases are on background/security check as Lilia had said in her earlier post which would take 6/12 months’ timeframe. Also, the visa office can contact before the said time limit if the deeper scrutiny stands completed. So, it’s a positive step as, at least, the applicants are out of uncertainty, unlike those who are receiving rejection letters on the grounds of Job Duties being mismatched.
The argument of Fed. Skilled Workers visa quota is closer to an end is equally competent because the FSW visa quota for the London Visa Office is 12,600 out of total of 61,000 for the current calendar year.

I request Lilia and Martin to share knowledge about the formation of ECU at the visa offices as it is assumed many cases, like the ones with 6/12 months letters, are being referred to this Unit?
Thanks in anticipation..

But this is his personal opinion and not based on any underlying support. The situation will only be cleared by CAIPS/GCMS.

So bhai is per koi comment nahi aya ? I read another thread and not every 6-12 months case is referred to ECU, ECU comes under CBSA... why they referred those cases, no one is sure about but the further steps like Medica, RPRF etc. are asked to be processed by ECU.

Secondly, the initial part wali science per pata nahi kyu beleive nahi hota.. yeh saray check unhi kay liay hain jinhon nay June kay baad docs diay thay :) baki sub kay sath farishton kay par lagay way thay :)
