my processing date is April 19 and you is May 3 and got medical within 14 days, It means VO has no criteria for processing cases in sequence. ??? ??? ???

Sir check his doc submission date, the cases are dealt on FIFO, not on processing dates.. its my opinion.... Your submitted your docs post June 2010, so expect the next step accordingly

All these informations of GCMS is not related to your bother in law's
case because these informations linked to applicant after passing the
initial stage of ministerial instructions that is review of job
experience letters and matching of job duties.

If an applicant pass the job duties stage then visa officer calculate
points and do any processing on these informations that you mention.

Please read complete GCMS document and share what are the comments of
visa officer regarding rejection of case.

No only principal applicant will fill and there is a space below for spouse as well to sign. You can do it on your own as well. Send CAIPS through email, attching the proof of presence i.e. passport & Citizenship card, form and the online payment receipt, you can make payment online through CIC website and attach the slip with forms. One thing, there is signature required on other form IMM5563E by the person applying. You have to take it from the person in Canada.

Applicant:Mianaliraza NOC 0213

Got medicals today.
congratulations to Mianaliraza but one thing is not clear some people get medicals in a week and some are waiting for more than a month after getting into in process, is there any reason for that?

Access to information act needs to be ticked. Yes you can do that...
