Hi,

I'm PR since Sep-2009 and right now working outside canada in Telecommunication field but want to move to canada. I'm 40+ and have 15+ years of experience in the same field. I forwarded my CV to almost all Telecom operators in canada but so far I could not get any response.

Should I quit my current job and move to canada and try there?
Is it true that one should has a canadian education and experience to get the right job in canada.

Please advise me, what should I do? Any useful links for the recruitement agencies? Actually, I didn't want to resign from my existing job unless I find it in canada or should I take this risk?

With Best Regards,

Hi Friend,

Even I have similar experience to the one you have mentioned. But my sincere advise wud be to quit the current job and immigrate to Canada at the earliest. The job market has started to improve based on the financial and stock market reports. But for that you should have sufficient funds as well to support you're family(I suppose). It's a delicate balance of risk and contingency that you need to take into account.
Here's wishing you all the best

Regards
