Apply for jobs, get LMIA from employer proving you are the only one with the education and experience to do the job and then apply for closed work permit.
It will be quite difficult unless you have skills that are in demand in Canada for example nursing. Canada has a lot of people who are unemployed and who already have a work permit because it welcomed a very large number of people in the past few years.
