Job title or job role for reference letter.

It is a bit complicated. My responsibilities of my job role(training ambassador) comes under NOC for extra points but my job title(warehouse associate) does not come under eligible NOC for extra plints. Can i ask HR to put my job role in reference letter.

What do you mean extra points? Job responsibilities, not title, are what is matched.

I mean it comes under NOC B. But the title warehouse associate does not comes under NOC B. My lawyer said even though the responsibilities matches with a job in NOC B a title of warehouse associate will be a trouble.

It is your responsibilities not title that matches.
