Job title not on the list of NOC AND I DO NOT MEET EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS.

Hi everyone,
My Noc code is 4215 (instructors of persons with disabilities). My current job title at my work places is Behavior interventionist which is not on the list of examples on the NOC. I perform all the main duties in this NOC. Does my job title have to be on the list? . FURTHER MORE, I have a degree in Biological sciences and the employment requirement says you need a degree in special ed or psych. Does this really matter?

Your job title is irrelevant, what is important is that you perform the duties/responsibilities of the NOC chosen.

"Note: The applicant does not need to demonstrate that they meet the “employment requirements” listed in the NOC occupational description."
