Job Title Difference in PR Application

I entered my job title as 'Intermediate Software Developer' in my PR application, but the official title is 'Intermediate Technology Specialist, Digital Developer.' Will this affect my application, and do I need to explain it in a Letter of Explanation (LOE)?
