I have a couple of questions rehearsing job title and NOC selection.
1) when we select NOC, do we have to to select NOCs based on job title or job duties? I have experience as ‘customer service liaison’ as job title but the job duties match for NOC administrative assistant not customer service titles. So should I select administrative assistant or customer service?
2) when we get the experience letter, what do we need to mention? Job duties or job title or both?
3) so if my job duties match a certain NOC but my job title is different, is this considered a NOC mismatch?
4) do I just need to get my highest degree evaluated or all degrees?
