Do you have a TRV?

You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Takes many months. You have to wait for LMIA to processed and then closed work permit to be processed. Could take up to 8-12 months for a decision. Have IELTS and ECA for your education in canes if needed for job requirements

It is difficult to find a job that way especially a professional job. Even if everything goes well it could take over 6 months to get a WP. If there are concerns that you are coming to try to work in Canada you can be refused entry into Canada even with a visitor visa.
