Can someone advice some job oriented courses in Canada?
I don't want to waste my time in studying something which would be of no use.
I want to study something which would help me later to find a job. Please advice

Hi,

You can consider doing practical trade courses- 1 year certificates or 2 year diplomas. Majority of trades like Millwright worker, Welder & fitter, Electrician, Plumber, Automotive mechanics, CNC Machinists, Sheet metal worker etc. etc. are in huge demand with higher wages. These are respected skilled jobs in Canada, and because of high demand for tradespeople... Canadian govt. has started a new Federal Trade Worker Category. Every province has it's own requirements for registration and accreditation of specific trades.
To know more see: http://www.careersintrades.ca/

Apart from trades, you can also consider doing other job oriented diplomas like Practical nursing, Vocational Accounting, Paramedic, Culinary diploma (a trade under service sector) etc. etc. there are so many job oriented diplomas in colleges across Canada. You need to visit the individual college websites and check out programs of your choice.

Here's the list of all recognized educational institutes in Canada, participating in OCWP+PGWP, listed according to Province:

Best of Luck.
