Hello, So i've already been working for my employer in canada for 9 months now , does it count as a job offer ? Should I answer yes to the question " Don you have a job offer in Canada ?" under intended work in canada for express entry ?

Having a job in Canada is not the same thing as a "valid job offer." Read here to learn how IRCC defines a valid job offer:
