Guys looking for opinions over my situation,

I am working for a Canadian company as a senior network engineer (NOC 2281) for last 7+, I am working remotely as a full time employee for the company. my question is

1) if company offer me letter to move to Canada will it still need to undergo Labour Market Impact Assessment ?
2) how this test affect employer ?

also apart from it I have recently completed my HND (Edexcel Level 5) and is work experience need to be post qualification to claims the points ?

Thanks in advance

1) Yes, you need an approved LMIA/LMO.
2) It will cost them $1K in processing fees, they will have to advertise the job for at least a month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role, and they will have to complete all of the relevant paperwork associated with the LMIA application.
