I have a concern...
In case of being nominated by a province of preference, can I apply for a work permit on basis of a job offer and being nominated by the province and enter Canada to start working and wait for the outcome of immigration process (federal part).
No LMO is required for obtaining a job offer for PNP..
Please advise.
