I've just submitted my express entry profile and it says that I didn't say that I have a valid job offer... WHEN I DO.

I've been living and working in Canada for the past 3 years in a level A NOC listed job and I've stated that in my express entry profile etc. But for whatever reason, the system doesn't recognize it.

Any help would be invaluable.

Thanks!

valid job offer is with positive LMIA

Here is CIC's definition of a valid job offer.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

Check and see if you satisfy all of their requirements.

But I thought I don't require an LMIA due to the fact that I'm already living and working in Canada on a 2 year work permit?

You don't need an LMIA for your job offer if

1) You're working on a closed, employer-specific work permit. AND
2) You are working for the employer named on your work permit AND
3) Said employer has made you an offer of employment for at least one year after you become a PR.

If you're on an open WP, you cannot claim arranged employment points.

The confusion is that there is a difference between IRCC's definition of valid job offer and normal everyday use valid job offer.
See the link above for the definition for express entry purposes.

You don't need an LMIA to be able to work. You only need an LMIA if you want to claim job offer points in your Express Entry profile. Zero points without the LMIA.

You would have to ask your employer for a letter stating that you're currently employed by them and that you'll have a job for at least one year.
