Hi All,

I am an inland applicant who received ITA under FSW. I have a quick question .My Offer letter does not say its a permanent position rather it says they do not guarantee the number of hours. I have worked around 2300 hours in the last 1 year.

My letter of employment says:

This is to confirm that xxx has worked as a full time employee with xxx since June 10, 2014.
His rate was xxx per hour for an annual wage of at least xxx. He works 40 hours per week.

Will this be fine???
Any idea?

Do you have an LMIA? If not then you do not need the word 'permanent' on your offer letter.
