job offer sample/ template HELP?

Does anybody have a professional ( engineering preferred ) job offer sample/ template ?
My old employer is willing to provide me with one but needs a sample.

Your 'old' employer? Wouldn't that be lying to CIC? I would steer clear of anything but the truth.

And you can google something like that in a second and have all the answers....though I do not agree.

The wording of your OP. It sounded as if your old employer was going to provide you with a letter, even though you no longer work there. I only read what you wrote...you might want to word it differently.
